To apply to the Research Apprenticeship Program each student must submit an application by April 15, along with a letter of recommendation from a science teacher or counselor.

Applications can be obtained in the following ways.

• Download the High School Student or Undergraduate Student application directly from this site, and mail them to the address below.
• Write the Monell Center at the address below to request an application.
